Tom is the lead organizer and Homestead Organics is a major sponsor at the annual Eco Farm Day organic farmers conference in Cornwall, Ontario's best organic farm conference, on February 25-26, 2011.

Tom Manley is the Chair of the Community Advisory Committee at Alfred Campus of the Univeristy of Guelph.

Tom is a member of the board of directors at the Cornwall Carbon Reduction Initiative.
